Problem

Finding new leads, enriching them with company details and routing them to the right person was a daily manual job spread across several tools.

What I built

An n8n workflow that runs on a schedule:

  1. Finds and enriches leads with company details.
  2. Scores and tags each one with an AI step.
  3. Drops them into the CRM and notifies the team.

Error handling means one bad record never stops the whole run.

Result
