.dai: two merged pull requests. Setup-written files are kept out of git repositories, and a clearer hint is printed after a skipped history conversion.
gramps-agent-data-entry: two merged pull requests on the test suite, making the PII-guard acceptance counts self-checking and pairing every acceptance-count statement with a path.
